What are you reading? Okay, I'll go first... Just started another noir thriller, Touch of Death, by Charles Williams (author of Dead Calm and The Hot Spot). So far, so great! The publisher, Hard Case Crime, has done a wonderful job reissuing this 1954 classic.

I`m reading Lords of chaos, which is a non fiction book about the norwegian Black Metal scene...very informative and shocking. I`m also reading the last book of the Dark Tower saga by Stephen King.....I simply LOVE everything that man has ever written! Great book!!! ;D

I'm leaving for france tomrrow so I packed:
1x Brian Lumley (that Harry Keogh series) 1x RIchard Laymon (blood games, I think) 1 x "phantom of the opera" 1 x Isaac Asimov ("Halloween") 1 x some huge horrorclassics book 6 x CARA-pils (because I'm afraid there won't be any shops open when I arrive , it's better to bring some beer to make it through the first day; Be prepared, that's my motto)

I liked Lumley's Necroscope (Harry Keogh) series. It was extremely clever--certainly one of the finest and most unique vampire mythologies ever written! I recommend starting at the beginning and working your way up from there. Have a good time in France!

I've read the first six or so. This one is the first of the next subseries. Don't know the exact title.

I'm currently reading The Devil Thumbs A Ride--they made a movie out of it with Lawrence Tierney. Good book about a drunk pantyhose salesman who picks up a maniac and a couple whores and things go from bad to worse real quick, LOL.
