This is an ever-expanding guideline for the "proper" posting style which we would prefer your threads/posts conform to. Your suggestions and questions are welcome. POLLS: When starting a thread with a poll in it, please preface your title with the word "POLL" in caps. This should get you more votes and posts.

Showing raw urls clutters up the page and isn't pretty--nor is it a great way of describing what the link is for. With that in mind, I prefer all links to be made in the following manner (not that I'm not guilty of violating this style myself--particularly before I figured out how to do it!).
It's a little difficult to show how to do this without the text editor thinking I'm actually trying to put in links, so I'll use"{" instead of a bracket.
When you get the {url}{/url} from clicking on "add hyperlink", put your addy in the first bracket, like so:
{url=http://blahblahblahblah}The Blah Blah Blah Home Page{/url}
That should do the trick.
